Nancy Ruprecht
Executive Vice President
Co-founder Nancy Ruprecht serves as executive vice president for Blackwell Consulting Services. In this role, she works closely with Bob Blackwell, the CEO, to develop strategies to fuel the company's growth. Nancy is specifically focused on driving business in the commercial sector as well as managing our partner relationships. For more than 20 years, Nancy has been committed to delivering technology solutions to solve client's business problems.
In 1992, Nancy left her position at IBM to become one of the four original founders of Blackwell Consulting Services. As a primary architect of the original business plan that fueled the growth of the company as well as developing the original sales strategy and team, Nancy has been directly involved in the strategic growth of the firm as it has grown to become a nationally known technology consultancy.
Prior to joining Blackwell, Nancy was responsible for establishing IBM Chicago's Information Technology Consulting practice, which included information technology (I/T) assessments, strategic planning, and business recovery planning. Nancy also led IBM's first I/T Assessment, which included quantitative and qualitative techniques to assess the performance of a manufacturer's information systems' organization.
Education and Associations
Nancy received her bachelor's degree in business management information systems from Iowa State University. In her spare time, Nancy serves as the Chair of The District 205 Foundation for Educational Excellence and Co-Chair of the 123 Foundation.
