Leah Griffin
Vice President, Central Illinois Business Alliance

Leah Griffin is the vice president of the Central Illinois Business Alliance for Blackwell. She is responsible for leading, directing and overseeing all operations of Blackwell's Bloomington, Illinois office, including managing consultants, client services, administrative and human resources operations. Leading the Bloomington office includes the management of one of Blackwell's key customers, as well as the growth and vitality of all of the company's Central Illinois business development.

Leah was one of the first Blackwell employees. When her natural ability to lead became apparent, Leah was promoted to the payroll and HR manager, a position she held during Blackwell's first significant growth period. Subsequently, she was promoted to HR director and remained there until 2002, when she assumed her current position in Bloomington.
